Pure Air Natives, Inc. strives to provide the finest quality native wildflower and grass seed for all your restoration projects, from CRP contracts to the backyard birder. All seed is tested by an AOSA certified third-party laboratory for purity, weed content and viability. Due to the variability of mother nature and the unique characteristics of each planting site, we can’t guarantee the success of all new plantings. We do however share a common passion and are here to support you in your restoration efforts. Cancellations & Returns
For custom seed orders, please keep in mind, the seed is not mixed until the order is paid-in-full. Due to the purity standards we must maintain as seed vendors we are unable to offer returns/cancellations once the order is mixed. Seed is a biological material with a limited time of viability. It is subject to factors like humidity and temperature, due to these factors, we must limit our return window to limit seed mortality.
- Shipped Plants and custom-designed Seed Mixes are non-returnable.
- Stock seed mixes must be returned unopened, in the original packaging, to qualify.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged on seed that is returned within 30 days.
- After 30 days we cannot accept returned seed.
